Presenter Guide

(A) Instructions for Oral Presentation

1. Oral sessions will be on 23-24 April 2016.
2. The exact date and time for your presentation will be available on the web page soon.
3. The Oral presentation should be 15 min. (10 min. presentation + 5 min. for discussion).
4. Language of the presentation is English, however Arabic is accepted in Social sciences and Humanities.
5. Data shows and computers are available.
6. Please save your presentation on a flash disk or a CD and submit it to the technical desk on the first day of the conference from 9-11 am.

 

(B) Instructions for Poster Presentation

1. The poster session will be on the first day of the conference, 23-24 April 2016.
2. You can mount/install your poster from 9-11 am.
3. The poster will be evaluated by the reviewers during poster session, which you must attend your poster.
4. The university will provide stands, pins and sticking tapes.
5. Poster must be prepared according to the following instructions:
– The poster must be in the form of one piece printed poster.
– Posters in the form of separate papers are not acceptable.
– Posters that include hand written text are not acceptable.
– Poster dimensions must be: Width 100 cm X Height 70 cm.
– Poster language is English, however Arabic is accepted in Social sciences and Humanities.
– Text font must be readable and clear.
– Poster should include (Title – Author – Affiliation – Abstract – Brief introduction – Materials and Methods – Results (Photo, Drawings, Tables, Diagrams) and Conclusion).
